Information used to provide your service

EAP processes the résumé, professional background, preferences, contact information, and target-role details you provide to create your requested career materials. Opportunity features also use the contacts, activities, notes, and interviews recorded for the relevant opportunity.

Service providers and AI processing

EAP uses service providers for hosting, records, automation, payments, AI processing, and document delivery. These include ChatGPT Sites, Airtable, Make, Stripe, Google Workspace, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Relevant information is processed by the providers involved in your requested service, under their applicable terms and data-handling policies. AI processing is not a promise of zero data retention.

Payments are handled through Stripe. Do not enter payment-card details, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive identifiers into EAP’s intake forms or opportunity notes.

Access and protection

EAP uses HTTPS connections, server-side integration credentials, and purchase or access checks for intake submissions. The owner workspace requires sign-in with an authorized account. Documents stored in that workspace are downloaded through an authenticated access check; they are not published as unrestricted file links. Client portal access is not currently available through the owner workspace.

Stored records and delivered copies

Information can exist in service records, generated files, delivery mailboxes, and provider logs or backups. Retention differs between providers and record types. Email attachments and downloaded documents also create copies in your mailbox or on your device. Protect your accounts and avoid forwarding private access links.

For questions about your information, retention, or an access or deletion request, contact support@executiveaipresence.com. Identity may need to be verified before a request can be fulfilled. Deleting an active record does not necessarily remove provider backups or copies already delivered to recipients.

No internet service can guarantee complete protection from unauthorized access or data loss. If you suspect an account or information has been compromised, contact support@executiveaipresence.com. This page describes EAP’s practices; it is not a security certification.
